• How is the project progressing? Is it on time? Have extensions of time been claimed? and allowed?
• Are variations being authorised? Variation Prices approved?
• Is the work progressing smoothly? Or are you being forced to work here there and everywhere, instead of the smooth transition that you planned at tender time?
• Is work being disrupted by late information, late instructions, or late approvals?
• Are you being paid properly? On time?
• Are you being forced to reduce progress payments valuation, just to avoid payment delays?
• Are variations being included in progress payments?
